Lyingvalue Concrete is a referral service. Homeowners come to us when they want a new concrete driveway or patio. We pass those requests to independent providers in our network. This page is for contractors who want to be considered. It is not a job posting, and Lyingvalue Concrete does not hire employees for field work.

Who We Look For

The right fit is a local business that does concrete flatwork well and cares about doing it safely. That can include:

• Driveway pours and replacements
• Patios, including stamped concrete patios
• Work on older homes where the old slab, past repairs or tight access add challenges

We also want providers who are honest when a job is outside their skills.

What We Expect

Being in the network means you act as a careful professional. We expect providers to:

• Hold the licenses, insurance and permits required where they work
• Return homeowner inquiries politely and promptly
• Give written quotes with clear scope
• Explain base prep, drainage and curing in plain words
• Never promise results they cannot control
• Never pressure a homeowner to sign on the spot

Homeowners are not asking for a sales pitch. They want to understand their options.

How the Arrangement Works

You stay independent. You choose your jobs, set your prices and run your crew. Providers in our network may pay for qualified referrals. You are responsible for your own work, contracts, warranties and customer care.

How to Apply

• The concrete services you offer
• Proof of license and insurance where required
• A few details about the kinds of projects you take on

We will review your note and reply if there is a fit. Not every area has an opening.
